    The modern building's 24/7 access made it convenient, and its central location allowed us to easily explore Melbourne's attractions. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and offered stunning views. the confusing check-in process and tight parking were minor drawbacks. it was a relaxing stay that strengthened our family's bond.

    Great way to end our trip. Warm enough and extremely spacious room and amazing bathroom with a dryer, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets. Excellent service, parking on site. Good pool area too.

    Had a braw time in the one-bedroom sky high apartment! The views of the river were pure stunning, but the air-con played hard to get, needing manual resets every couple of hours. a smashing experience, really enjoying the lovely welcome from the staff.

    The air conditioning struggled to keep the rooms cool, especially during the hot nights. Inconveniences included a room not ready on arrival at 2:30 PM and broken bathroom fixtures. Frequent wifi dropouts, made connectivity difficult. Noise from the street was bothersome due to roadworks. The check-in process was chaotic, lacking a proper reception area and reliance on phone calls for assistance.

    The view from the 26th floor offered a killer skyline and river view, definitely a highlight to wake up to. Proximity to the tram and CBD made exploring the city easy, while the sizable layout of the One-Bedroom Sky High Apartment was perfect for a solo traveler like me.

    Check-in was super convoluted since there's no on-site reception-had to deal with a lousy phone system, which isn't ideal for international travelers. The apartment itself was a mixed bag. You could hear everything from adjacent rooms and outside noise was a real problem, even with the windows closed. Plus, cleanliness was an issue with dust and stray hairs littering the space, and amenities were lacking. No coffee or sugar, a bummer. Lastly, the door lock was flimsy and added to a bit of unease at night.

    This place was a perfect match for spending a night in Melbourne with really good value. I loved having a full-size fridge , made it easy to store snacks and drinks . Make sure to check if all the amenities are available before settling in.

    great location but lacking some comfort

    The apartment's location is ideal, just a short walk from everything we wanted to explore. We appreciated the coffee-making facilities and the full-size fridge. My family loved the spacious layout, providing plenty of room to relax together. The views from the apartment were also amazing.

    The air conditioning system was a bit temperamental, requiring frequent adjustments.
